Since there are SO many missionaries all going in at once, my parents said everyone had to wait to take their turn getting a picture with the sign. SO, they only took a few pictures (there were a few more, but they were all the same as the ones below, just with one parent at a time). Regardless, it was kind of fun to see these. It makes everything seem that much more real. Mom says she's planning on sending a package a week. Lucky boy. He's there for a loooooong time.
So there's our little missionary! JD (his brother-in-law/my husband) said that right about now Austin is probably loving life. JD served in Japan and was also in the MTC for 11 weeks. He enjoyed the MTC a bunch and we're sure Austin is doing the same! He always makes the best out of everything - even being locked away from the rest of the world for nearly 3 months! :)
